During many years of our work in distri­bution of high end audio we liste­ned suf­fi­cient quan­tity of ste­reo systems with diffe­rent concep­tions, of diffe­rent price range and now we are able confi­dently to disti­nguish the most main charac­ter for each of them — a musi­cality, an abi­lity to com­muni­cate the emo­tional compo­nent which has been put ori­ginally in a musi­cal mate­rial, inde­pen­den­tly from a year of its re­cording and a type of data me­dium (vinyl, magne­tic tape, CD disc...). Musi­cali­ty of a sys­tem is impos­sibly to describe by the speci­fic characters, for example, width and deep­ness of sound­stage, detail, tonal balance... It not always even depends on the most modern tech­nologies at this moment; any magic is in this situation: like nothing of out­stan­ding with point of view effec­tive tech­ni­cal news or gla­mour style but it sounds and does not leave any­body as indiffe­rent...

Of course, an analy­tical liste­ning will be always very im­por­tant part of work of audio repor­ters and it is neces­sary.
